Almond Butter and Banana Toast

When you’re not very hungry or nothing sounds good to eat, toast can hit the spot. Almond butter and chia seeds provide the protein and healthy fats your body needs during cancer treatment. You can add a bit of raw honey or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for extra sweetness. If you’re looking for a calorie boost, increase the amount of almond butter or chia seeds, or add a layer of coconut oil before the almond butter.

Banana and Almond Butter Toast
