Bowl of Berries Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup cold water

Directions

Use frozen berries instead of ice for this smoothie so you don’t water down the bursting berry flavors. Toss all the fruits and the yogurt into your blender and give it a splash of cold water. Blend for a few seconds and pour.
