Spiced Toasted Almonds

Makes: 2 cups

Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Toss the almonds with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, and ginger until evenly coated, then spread them evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until aromatic and slightly browned.
  4. You will know they're done when you can smell them. The almonds will become crispy as they cool.
