Glazed Walnuts

Glazed Walnuts

Makes: ½ cup

  • ½ cup raw walnuts
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cayenne


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the raw walnuts with maple syrup, salt, and cayenne until evenly coated, then spread them evenly on the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until aromatic and slightly browned. Let cool to room temperature, then use a metal spatula to loosen the nuts.
